A Case Report of Lumbago Patient after Traffic Accident who was Misdiagnosed as Fracture

Abstract
|
|
|
Objective : This study shows treatments and prognosis of lumbago patient caused by traffic accident.
Methods : Korean medicine was treated this patient to reduce pain. We evaluate pain with NRS(Numeric Rating Scale) and ODI(Oswestry Disability Index). MRI was done to distinguish fracture.
Results : Even though there was no fracture on MRI, the pain reduced slowly relatively.
Conclusions : The accurate diagnosis in pain complain patients is important to make good results and prognosis.
